Example of a good round:

Turn 1

Play Swamp, then Drainpipe Vermin.

Turn 2

Play Swamp, then Butcher Ghoul.

Turn 3

Play Swamp, then Blood Bairn.

Turn 4

Play Sadistic Glee on Blood Bairn. Sacrifice Drainpipe Vermin, activating its ability. Sacrifice Butcher Ghoul, then sacrifice it again when it returns from the graveyard. Play Unearth to return Butcher Ghoul from the graveyard to the battlefield. Now sacrifice it twice again. Blood Bairn is now permanently a 6/6 because of Sadistic Glee, and temporarily a 16/16 because of its own ability. Attack with it.
