Lich's Mastery meets Thousand Year Storm for an off-the-wall style deck. The deck is a Thousand Year Storm deck adding Lich's Mastery as a way to deal with aggro as well as the lifegain that can benefit it. Lich draws cards for Storm and adds a cushion of graveyard that will get bigger while storming. The deck aims to maintain a double axis and can work off of either Enchantment and once the other hits... chaos ensues shortly after.

Storm is bassed off of a Brass's Bounty - Mission Briefing Mannaflood during storm that will give a boost into it's manna.
