This is a zoo deck that I've been working on for a very long time. Zoo is an archetype that is based around the card Wild Nacatl , which is essentially 1 mana for a 3/3. The deck is usually in the naya colours, but within those parameters there's many different kinds of zoo decks. There's the bigger zoo decks that play Noble Hierarch, Knight of the Reliquary and Collected Company. There's the slightly smaller ones not running CoCo, there's 1 drop zoo running Loam Lion and Voice of Resurgence and then there's burning tree zoo.

Burning-Tree Emissary zoo decks are primarily G/R to take advantage of the BTE's ability of adding mana. This allows you to fling several creatures off of a BTE in one turn. To maximize his ability, I've got an even amount of red and green 1 drops as well as lots of good 2 drops to fling off of it. Burning-Tree Emissary allows for a very explosive t2 and is often aiming to win t3 or t4, often making it weaker in the long game. fortunately with Atarka's Command , Boros Charm and Lightning Bolt, the deck does have a bit of reach to deal the final damage once your creatures have become blockers.

Boros Charm- protects my guys from wrath effects and board wipes. Can be used as extra reach if need be. Double strike can be relevant as pseudo removal.

Deflecting Palm- this one is for boggles, infect and oddly- burn. Works as a functional counter spell in the matchup and can basically be a Lightning Helix. But it's more versatile and used in other matchup a too.

Destructive Revelry- affinity, boggles, twin, bloom, tron, you name it. If it had artifacts, I side it.

Path to Exile- this is for the infect matchup, twin matchup, bloom, instant reanimator, any matchup running big dudes, creature based midrange strategies and frequent combo decks.

Pyroclasm- this one is for a lot of aggro decks. Affinity, burn, soul sisters, certain delver deck (if I see Young Pyromancer and any very quick aggro deck. Not fantastic against merfolk because of the volume of their lords.

Rest in Peace- its for against instant reanimator, living end, vengvine, graveyard decks. There just aren't many around.

Skullcrack- namely soul sisters because that matchup is brutal. But good against boggles and any green decks that might be bringing in Feed the Clan... *shudder*Anyways, please make suggestions. Be it about my mainboard, sideboard, anything. Please ask questions about my choices or even about my meta. Also want to find room for Eidolon of the Great Revel in the 75, it can just be brutal with the explosiveness of BTE, therefore preferably in the SB. It can be a soft lock on some decks and a total lock down on others. Just don't say Tarmogoyf. I don't want to hear it.

BTE zoo is one of many types of zoo decks that I've been working on because I can't seem to find a deck that I really like. The deck inherently feels weaker than the burn/zoo mix decks and also weaker than the bigger zoo decks, although that's also partly due to the almost total lack of board control and Tarmogoyf. (who by the way is 200$, so please don't suggest him for this deck).
