For stricter budgets, replace Vexing Devil with Spark Elemental .

This deck can easily win on Turn 3:

• T1: Mountain, Vexing Devil, opponent takes 4. Alternatively, Goblin Guide getting through twice will do the trick.
• T2: Mountain, 2x any combination of Rift Bolt , Lightning Bolt, Lava Spike, or Chain Lightning. Opponent is at 10.
• T3: No land drop needed. 2x any 3-damage burns from the list above (except Rift Bolt ), then Fireblast. GG.

There are many other ways to win on Turn 3, for example using Price of Progress on T3 instead of 2 bolt spells, if your opponent has 3 nonbasics. Or, if a Goblin Guide from T1 gets in for 6 damage by T3, you can use Flame Rift into Fireblast instead. And that's not even considering stuff like fetch-lands, Dark Confidant, and other damage the opponent may inflict on themselves. Long story short, this deck wins by Turn 3 very consistently.
