This deck can easily win on Turn 3:

There are many other ways to win on Turn 3, for example using Price of Progress on T3 instead of 2 bolt spells, if your opponent has 3 nonbasics. Or, if a Goblin Guide from T1 gets in for 6 damage by T3, you can use Flame Rift into Fireblast instead. And that's not even considering stuff like fetch-lands, Dark Confidant, and other damage the opponent may inflict on themselves. Long story short, this deck wins by Turn 3 very consistently.
