This is a variant on the older Valakut Breach lists before cards like Chandra, Torch of Defiance.

Personally I don't really like the new direction the deck was going, so I used some of the old stuff and some things from the new list.

The general idea of the deck is to ramp using cards like Search for Tomorrow and Sakura-Tribe Elder to then either win with Primeval Titan searching up Valakut, the Molten Pinnacles and Mountains to deal a lot of damage to the opponent (or their creatures first) or use Through the Breach to get Emrakul, the Aeons Torn on the field, attack for 15 and probably win the game from there by either the opponent just scooping or some random damage.

The deck also has a small toolbox of creatures in the sideboard which can be searched out by Summoner's Pact.
