@mindness, budget is a bit of an issue for me (I should have noted that in the description) so I won't be playing Teferi, Hero of Dominaria or Search for azcanta . While those cards are pretty good, they will raise the price of the deck too much. The main reason I am playing white is the board wipes (Fumigate and Settle the Wreckage ).

@flyguy0110, You're talking about Azor, the Lawbringer and I don't think I should play him, since he will just soak up a removal spell, I try to play this deck without creature I care about surviving (or they have to be very resilient, which Azor isn't).

@Legendary_penguin_of_death, I think I rather have 2x one of the lands than one of each, since that makes the deck more consistent. The Kumena's Awakening make sure I have some extra draw triggers for the mill, but I could see cutting them. The only thing I'm afraid for is that I lose some amount of card advantage by doing that.
Also I'm not quite sure about The Immortal Sun in the sideboard, what do you think?

@Legendary_penguin_of_death, first of all, thanks for all the suggestions, they are much appreciated. I'm not quite sure about playing Meandering River since I don't want too much lands coming in tapped and Field of Ruin would make my deck have 6 colorless lands which could be problematic. I could consider cutting Arch of Orazca in favor of Field of Ruin, or playing a 1-of of either of those cards since I'll be playing an extra land anyways.
I think cutting one Kumena's Awakening in favor of a land is a good idea, since I've found myself in a shortage of lands in some test games.
What do you think are the best choices here?

@Legendary_penguin_of_death, I was thinking of running it before, but I didn't know if it would fit in the manabase, but since you're suggesting it as well, I'm gonna try it by removing an Island and a Plains.

@Skyler1776, I'm afraid Millstone doesn't do all that much, milling 2 cards for 2 mana isn't enough. Fraying Sanity is a strong card but doesn't do anything on its own and the deck slots are needed for some board control, so that's why I don't play it.
