StuPickles on M21 Shrines and other "Shrines"

Hi there, was looking into building a 5 color shrine deck seeing how there are technically 11 in total now. Honden of Cleansing Fire Honden of Infinite Rage, Honden of Life's Web, Honden of Night's Reach, Honden of Seeing Winds. as well as the new ones from M21 Sanctum of All Sanctum of Calm Waters Sanctum of Fruitful Harvest Sanctum of Shattered Heights Sanctum of Stone Fangs Sanctum of Tranquil Light

Now I pretty much know the answer to this question will be No, but im hopeful regardless because shenanigans. Do cards like Shrine of Boundless Growth Shrine of Piercing Vision Shrine of Limitless Power Shrine of Loyal Legions Shrine of Burning Rage count towards the number of shrines you control? Technically they are shrines and in the enchantments text, looking for "Shrines you control" doesnt specifically state whether it needs to be an enchantment or artifact, only that it is a shrine. I know this is a stretch but are there any other instances of cards that have a similar or relatable technical problem like this that it can be compared to?

You could definitely use some more efficient discard spells, look up an 8rack deck to get a few cards you could use. Also your commander choice for this deck is rather strange, she's not a good commander and seeing as how most of your creatures are not gorgon shes terrible. Seeing as how this seems to be on a tight budget Id recommend:

The Rack, Liliana's Caress, Dreamstealer, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Larceny, Rackling, Cao Cao, Lord of Wei, Dark Ritual, Mind Twist, Mind Sludge, Mind Shatter, Read the Bones, Raven's Crime, Mind Slash, Scepter of Fugue, Malicious Affliction, Go for the Throat, Walk the Plank, Shrine of Limitless Power, Necrogen Mists, Black Market, Underworld Connections, Greed, and Archfiend of Ifnir

Thats a lot I know but this deck seems to be just what you had lying around (not a bad thing thats how my decks start) so I thought Id try to help a bit, good luck!

Shrine of Limitless Power May be nice, but it'd take a while to get up. However, it can be useful in a scenario where you haven't drawn waste not, so you can let it gather a few counters.

Barbed Shocker Seems pretty fun. If you can get it's damage through, you could get quite a bit of waste not triggers on turn 4 if you had the hand.

Guul Draz Specter Benefits from your opponent having no cards in hand as well.

Liliana's Caress Also punishes opponents for discarding, without life gain and combat damage being dealt to them, they'd lose within 10 discards. Megrim can be a sideboard card maybe? It costs more than liliana's caress, so it's not as good.

Painful Quandary seems pretty good IMO. They most likely will pick discarding a card, so your basically set.

Quest for the Nihil Stone Also seems fun, punishing opponents for having no cards in hand heavily.
