Haha, I actually meant to mention Oloro to you as he seemed like something I thought you would like, I just forgot to. This will be a super slow, grindy deck. Many people will not enjoy playing against it. I'd love it, but it will be difficult to make friends as a newer player. :p
Cards like Caress and Megrim really require you to have ways to refill your opponents hand. Cards like, but not limited to Font of Mythos and Dictate of Kruphix will be your friend here. Also, look for as many recurring discard effects as you can. Look for creatures, enchantments, artifacts, and planeswalkers if at all possible. I recommend some of these:
Ramp is also important look for mana rocks such as Mana Vault or Thran Dynamo. Ramp on creatures can also be awesome. Talking about Nirkana Revenant and Crypt Ghast. Both of which combo exceedingly well with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.

Big +1 from me. Love seeing original Zur decks. Seems like half the Zur decks Ive seen here are doomsday/labman/ad nauseum decks. A discard theme to a Zur deck is just awesome. Only card I could think of that would really add to the discard theme is Cao Cao, Lord of Wei

Arcanis the Omnipotent - Draw plus protection
Dark Impostor - why settle for only our own creatures abilities
Eater of the Dead - "free" untap + graveyard hate
Fatestitcher - tap down / untap
Geth, Lord of the Vault - reanimation
Hoard-Smelter Dragon - artifact destruction
Jace's Archivist - windfall
Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet - creature destruction + token
Mean suggestions that will make you lose friends

Far out Mandalorian! Thank you so much! This is a huge help, I was struggling but with this i should be able to get this deck flowing magnificently. I was kind of just expecting a sentence or two of advice and a few card recommendations but you really put in to help me get this deck running. Cheers!
Some of the cards you mentioned I already have (such as Mutilate, Grey Merchant of Asphodel, Duress, and Nightmares pouring out of my ears) but I dis-included them here just because I was using this list to decide what cards to buy.
Some others like Liliana's Caress, Hymn to Tourach, and Shrieking Affliction (I do have one of these but wanted more), I kept out either because the seller didn't have them or I left out to cut costs a bit. (Liliana's Caress is $8 ea! Why I went for Raiders' Wake instead, though it's CMC is higher)
And then there's those cards like Zombie Infestation, The Rack, Waste Not (far out that card is good) and Faith of the Devoted that I somehow never found when researching discard cards and now I feel I must hunt down these cards right away.
I also now totally see what you mean with Brain in a Jar, Tempt with Immortality, and Blood Tribute. Especially Tempt with Immortality I never even realised I was giving their discards back facepalm. Though I've already ordered those cards they'll fit fine in other decks I own so no issue being rid of them.
I was also wondering what's your opinion on adding some cards I already own such as Consume the Meek, Pestilence Demon (Mono-black can work wonders with him, tho it can also obviously be a detriment), Liliana's Reaver, Jar of Eyeballs, Wight of Precinct Six, and Crypt Incursion. Although Crypt Incursion could result in lofty amount of life, it also kind of ruins the synergy of cards like Guiltfeeder but in the other hand denies possibilities of opponent's getting their cards back and could even make Tempt with Immortality more viable.
Another thing I was worried about was that besides Creeping Dread I don't have much consistent opponent discard sources. I did originally consider Cao Cao, Lord of Wei but my seller didn't have it and I do prefer to avoid spending $5 on one card (there are exceptions of course). Other than that I just thought of adding more discard spells like more Mind Shatters, and now, adding a few Unnerves. I do own heaps of Mind Rots but they down seem very CMC efficient. Also adding some of these cards (which I plan to do) will return my issue of deck size. What do you think I could replace? What's worth keeping? What doesn't contribute enough to warrant keeping?
Sorry I feel like I almost just wrote an essay question for you to answer, but I feel as though you probably enjoy this stuff ;P
Again, thanks soo much for your assistance, this is the first deck I've made that I'm trying to make perfect so I really appreciate the help in getting it there. Cheers!!

You could definitely use some more efficient discard spells, look up an 8rack deck to get a few cards you could use. Also your commander choice for this deck is rather strange, she's not a good commander and seeing as how most of your creatures are not gorgon shes terrible. Seeing as how this seems to be on a tight budget Id recommend:
Commander You Should Go With In my Opinion:Greel, Mind Raker
Good Discard Spells and Synergy:
The Rack, Liliana's Caress, Dreamstealer, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Larceny, Rackling, Cao Cao, Lord of Wei, Dark Ritual, Mind Twist, Mind Sludge, Mind Shatter, Read the Bones, Raven's Crime, Mind Slash, Scepter of Fugue, Malicious Affliction, Go for the Throat, Walk the Plank, Shrine of Limitless Power, Necrogen Mists, Black Market, Underworld Connections, Greed, and Archfiend of Ifnir
Thats a lot I know but this deck seems to be just what you had lying around (not a bad thing thats how my decks start) so I thought Id try to help a bit, good luck!

I'd look at Duskmantle Guildmage over Dimir Guildmage, as well as Bloodchief Ascension over Curse of Shallow Graves. You have several discard outlets already, and the first ability of the Duskmantle Guildmage will combo well with all of your mill effects. Now, the Curse is good, but as it only goes off once each combat, and provides aid to most of your opponents as well. The Ascension will give you a considerable stream of life, and is relatively easy to get online. Also, why no Gravecrawler? Geth, Lord of the Vault also goes well with the overall theme of the deck. I would suggest removing Cao Cao, Lord of Wei and Cabal Interrogator. They are both good cards, but you have several discard effects already. Plus, they must be used at sorcery speed, which can really slow down your plan, as well as forcing them to tap.

I also question some rather eh effects in this deck like Bitterblossom because even with Cathar it isn't doing huge amounts in this sort of deck, Village Bell-Ringer, Cloudshift on its own, Heartstone only effects 2 of your creatures, Stoneforge Mystic fetches combo pieces, but if you are in black, I do feel you have better tutor options in black. I also don't think Liliana of the Veil is so hot in this sort of deck. The group slug just makes you a target without her pay off being great. Dark Realms, Vess, The Last Hope and New Lili are all better in my opinion for multiplayer EDH. Better options would be Kaya, Ghost Assassin who fits and adds to your flicker theme and group slugs in a way that benefits you. Cao Cao, Lord of Wei is just punishment for one player, which is kinda eh at best. If you want that effect, and a sacrifice outlet, try Sadistic Hypnotist. I also think Ghostly Prison is a bit of a trap card, because you want to play it early, but early people aren't attacking you and late game when it matters they will just kill it.
Other cards to consider are Phyrexian Delver for a back up reanimator effect, Phyrexian Gargantua because it fits the theme and gives more draw, Bone Shredder a nice piece of flickerable removal. Palace Jailer changes the nature of the game by adding The Monarch to the game. But it is a nice flickerable O Ring, that can draw you cards and gives you an interesting level of political control. I would also up your levels of removal. This has 4 pieces of removal that is easy to cast. The rest requires flicker shenanigans, reanimator and late game stuff to be good. A simple Disenchant and Utter End would really help.
