Sage of the Falls

Creature — Merfolk Wizard

Whenever Sage of the Falls or another non-Human creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

Sage of the Falls is a great suggestion, I ignored it due to its high CMC but casting it while Locus God is out is just a win unless stopped. Library of Leng can just discard to the top of the library and redraw, and Shared Animosity will also win.

The locust god works really well with Sage of the Falls , you might consider it.

Zedester I have a lower power Locust God deck and my play group gets annoyed when I play Sage of the Falls with The Locust God on the board. Usually just a big groan and a reset. It's a very easy very powerful combo!

QuinnMartini Yes, there's an infinite combo with Skullclamp Lets you attach and kill tokens for 1 colorless mana thus create 2 more by drawing two cards, Ashnod's Altar will let you sacrifice one of the tokens to be able to do infinite combo with skullclamp, Alhammarret's Archive not sure would trigger every time you draw two cards, so you will be able to infinite draw, Phyrexian Altar same as Ashnod's Altar will let you sac creatures so infinite mana and draw, Mana Echoes this is where math goes wrong but if you create 4 tokens that's 16 mana I think and so on, Kindred Discovery you don't even need skullclamp or any of the other cards if you got this, just create one token and boom infinite draw and combo same goes to Sage of the Falls. All of that makes infinite tokens, and if you have either of Goblin Bombardment, Impact Tremors, Purphoros, God of the Forge it is basically game over

This one is pretty convoluted... Nadir Kraken + Sage of the Falls + Arcane Adaptation + Life and Limb + Samut, Tyrant Smasher + Psychosis Crawler. Play Arcane Adaptation naming Saproling, then with all the cards on the field, draw a card, probably through Sage of the Falls. Psychosis triggers, dealing 1 damage, pay 1 with a creature to Nadir Kraken, put a Tentacle onto the battlefield. Sage of the Falls triggers, drawing a card. Psychosis triggers, dealing 1 damage, pay 1 with the Saproling Tentacle to create another Saproling Tentacle etc... Samut just provides haste so any card works there, although Samut keeps it 2 colors

So, nothing is jumping out at me as far as cuts go but I would suggest taking a look at Pikobyte 's build it's very well thought out. I also have a build but mine was more geared towards cedh and I know that's not everyone's cup of tea.

Definitely focus more on wheels. Wheel of Fortune and Timetwister cost a small fortune but if you have it or your group is okay with proxies use it :)

Earthcraft assuming you have some number of basics more than 3 is just insane value with the volume of tokens you can create.

Narset, Parter of Veils - probably seems like a non-bo but I assure you after that first soft lock you wont go back. Try it.

Underworld Breach can also get pretty silly

Lastly, Sage of the Falls creates really cool value loops
