Need help finding all 2-card infinite combos with game-ending results (almost done!)

I need your help! I have a list of all 2-card (or 1-card*) infinite combos at MagicalHacker - List of All 2-Card Infinite Combos that lead to infinite combat steps, infinite turns, infinite hasty tokens, infinite noncombat lifeloss, infinite mill/forcefeed, infinite self-mill/draw, or infinite mana.
I would be surprised if I didn't miss a bunch of 2-card combos, so please help find more combos for my existing categories :)
Or, alternatively, convince me that I should add other categories of infinite combos!
(*1-card combos are combos that can be set up by one card.)

Would consider adding 2-card combos that either win the game or make target opponent lose the game?
The former, while not infinite, performs nearly the same function.

RiotRunner789, I do have a few of those already, such as Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace and Painter's Servant + Grindstone.

This is technically a 3 card combo, but you need 1 Disciple of the Vault on the field, and 2 Welding Jars, one in the graveyard one on the field, so you can sacrifice one welding jar to get the one in the graveyard back, and whenever an artifact is put into the graveyard, 1 damage with Disciple of the Vault, then REPEAT!
