Looks pretty good to me, but I do have a few suggestions:

But your deck looks promising. Very good start! :)

Hey Gloomy-Butt, if you're looking for advice, you have to get your mana curve down. A one drop like Pelt Collector will help you do that and get off to more fast starts. This deck is also screaming for Steel Leaf Champion. I would cut Vigorspore Wurm and Primordial Wurm for that. If you can, Nullhide Ferox will give opponents fits, especially if you can get him out turn 3. Chromatic Lantern and Manalith are way to slow for what you are trying to do. Ghalta, Primal Hunger as a three of would be great. I'd also pull Traveler's Amulet. With no card draw, you are looking for a turn 5 or 6 win. Otherwise, your opponent is going to out-value you. Your instants and sorceries are also not helping you here. Thrashing Brontodon is going to help you curve out, and it will take the place of Naturalize, while still helping you swing. Kraul Harpooner will do the exact same for Pierce the Sky.

Overall, right now your deck will get outpaced by aggro, and waits to drop relevant creatures until control already has answers. I think that's why your deck is unplayable right now. Keep fighting and making changes though! I have a green red stompy deck that is very similar to this that wins quite a bit. And as always, have fun!

Feed the Clan and Pierce the Sky belong in the sideboard, as they're only good in specific mathcups.

Your mana base could use some work. I know you're on a budget, but even running cheap dual lands like Game Trail and Rootbound Crag would massively improve your consistency.

As for cards to add, I could see Goblin Bushwhacker and Dryad Militant being very strong here.

Hi, let's start with the side board. Replace Pierce the Sky with Plummet and definitely move Steel Leaf Champion to the main board, it's just soooo good! You seem to be missing 2-drops... Perhaps look at some mana-dorks as your curve seems to be high. I can see you are trying to synergize with Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma to make your spells cheaper, but you need some early interaction else you will just die to aggro decks. I don't think Vivien's Invocation is that great - it's too slow. Rather move Rabid Bite to the main so you have some form of removal to fend off threats.

But keep it up and play test the deck to see where it's weaknesses are and what you need to change to make it better. Have fun!

Nice idea, but you are defenseless against flying creature. I suggest to cut the Merfolk Branchwalker or the Thorn Lieutenant in order to make room for some spell like Pierce the Sky.

I would get rid of the 2 Naturalize in the sideboard and put one more each into Broken Bond and Thrashing Brontodon, since they both do what naturalize does, but with benefits. And you seem to have a lot of artifact/enchantment hate in the sideboard, but since this is a post Kaladesh rotation deck, those things wont be as effective. Plus Plummet is just a better Pierce the Sky.

Ontario, Maro has since said that a return to Tarkir is likely, as the plane itself was well-liked, despite Dragons being less successful in market research than Khans. But most of that can be attributed to the fact that Khans was the first set of a block, while Dragons was the third (in fact, the last third set ever).

While I do not know how exactly the SB started (I too think this is a good topic for a PR article), it is the opposite of cheating - SBs allow play to be normalized. Every deck has good matchups and bad matchups.

For example, mono red aggro is traditionally good vs control decks, becuase its threats are faster than a control decks responses. However, with sideboarding, a control deck can bring answers like Murderous Cut that play well versus aggro decks, but not others. Similarly, an aggro deck in game 2 will bring in slower but more resilient threats like Chandra's Phoenix to be able to grind through a control deck's removal. This helps to alliviate archetype mismatches.

Heck, even in Limited a card like Pierce the Sky is not a good card to start in your main deck in Dominaria Limited. However, it is a great card to bring in the deck if your opponent is blue/White, which normally have a lot of fliers.

SBs allow for varied gameplay and are vital part of deck construction.

In keeping with the original precon's ideas, and in contrast with the excellent quality of its common creatures, green has been given a more narrow selection of cards. One copy of Hunt the Weak is the closest the deck will get to unconditional removal, which is fitting for green. Two copies of Pierce the Sky and one of Aerial Predation give green the badly-needed ability to deal with fat black flyers, which was a major flaw in the original deck. Revive is a surprisingly versatile card that gives this deck a way of coping with black's myriad of removal, or get a second use out of Hunt the Weak. Introducing a beginner to the power of this pseudo-flashback effect and card advantage certainly seems appropriate. One copy of Overcome as a finisher seems appropriate to break stalled board states and give green a clearwe path to victory.
