So I've been here at Tappedout for a good while, and I've seen a lot off good decks, so it seems that we've got some good minds out there. I wanna see how I match up. To do so, I'm sending this out there:

Give me a Deck to make. Any theme. EDH only, though, as that's what I'm most practiced at. You may add cards that MUST be included in the deck, Cards that CANNOT be included and even decide which Commander I must use.

I will post up the best deck challenge that I see on my wall(And more possably), so think of this as a compitition with your fellow users: Give me a good challenge, get put on my "Wall of Fame", and mabye even get a free version of Advertisment to help you get more Upvotes, Ect.

LET'EM AT ME!

Creatureless Jeskai. The only allowed artifacts are mana rocks and ones that interact with instants, sorceries, and enchantments. Planeswalkers at your discretion.

Artificer Tribal, include Hellkite Tyrant + Mycosynth Lattice , also fit in a Golem, Construct, Thopter, and/or Servo sub theme for flavor.

I've got two for you.

First deck idea is a deck that tries to benefit from being hellbent, using cards like Brink of Madness , Gibbering Descent and Null Brooch , as well as cards with madness.

The second deck idea is a deck that focuses on transforming cards, mainly by using Moonmist and Waxing Moon to transform cards that would normally have hard transform conditions (like the planeswalker creatures, Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh  Flip, etc). The deck must include a way to cheat Azor's Gateway  Flip to transform (i.e. using Xenograft / Arcane Adaptation and Mycosynth Lattice / March of the Machines with Moonmist / Waxing Moon ).

The only creatures are creatures with a Clone effect. The commander is sakashima the imposter.

A deck that wins by forcing an opponent to take infinite turns where they can't do anything. Something extremely convoluted that involves looping a Time Walk effect, Chimney Imp to put the card from their hand they just drew back into their deck, and stuff to force them to tap all their permanents, so nobody can win unless they concede. It would almost never work but fun to build nonetheless.

Make a deck that's under $20 dollars that any new player can make to get into the format.

The rules:

You have to make it twenty dollars or less, this includes the commander

Use Tcgplayer to get the prices

You may use whichever commander you want, but it has to be a part of the twenty dollar limit

The deck has to be your own

Basic lands do not count towards the price

Good Luck!

Make a deck commanded by Aryel, Knight of Windgrace . There must not be other creature cards, and it should be very controlling. Token creation is fine, but shouldn't be the main focus of the deck.

Another idea:

Make a BRWG coloured deck that focuses on manipulating players life totals to win.

Include the cards Near-Death Experience , Tree of Perdition , Tree of Redemption , Vhati il-Dal , Triskaidekaphobia , Heartless Hidetsugu , and Hidetsugu's Second Rite .

Burn can be utilized as a secondary win condition.

My playgroup has a variety of different power level decks, but often the most fun we have is when we use our most budget decks and will often challenge each other to construct decks within a certain budget to test our build abilities.

My challenge to you is to build a deck with a kamigawa commander within a $40 budget, and to include either a spirit or an enchantment subtheme. No skeletons or zombies.

Oof! Got some really good challenges! Don't know which one to start with first!

Hard choices!

Make a deck around playing Phage the Untouchable and winning with her through using Fractured Identity on her, to simultaneously make all your opponents lose the game. Because I never did and really wanted to.

LostGallifreyan: I have a decklist I've been tweaking for a bit that almost matches your criteria. It's an Iname, Death Aspect spirit reanimator deck. It's a budget deck, I think the price is around $50. It also has 3 zombies in it: Balthor the Defiled , Gray Merchant of Asphodel , and Lotleth Giant . But if you cut those 3 and trim the budget it would fit.

The deck if you're interested:

With all the hate boros gets, its not a bad color pair if you go a heavy stax/land destruction build. You just wont have any friends after lol.
