Welcome to The Junkyard

Play some removal early game like Galvanic Blast, mid game pump up an Atog or Defiant Salvager to get a menacing clock, if we get stalled to the late game, our card advantage in the form of Costly Plunder and Ichor Wellspring can help us to get the resources we desperately need to close out the game. Trust me, drawing three cards for two mana is pretty good. We need to control the board until we can get through with lethal or just get a good clock going.
Turn 1: Myr Servitor or Nihil Spellbomb Turn 2: Atog or Ichorwellspring Turn 3: Costly Plunder to refill our hand Turn 4: Sac all our artifacts to the Atog and get in for lethal
Now that we have the overall strategy, good match-ups include: most mid-range or control-based decks because we can get more card advantage then them and get a massive Atog in the process. The deck also does well at shutting down an early win from blitz, leaving it burnt out.
Bad match-ups include: Both types of heroic, burn, bogles, weenies and delver. It is hard to keep these decks in check, burn is especially rough as we don't have a good way to get a good board to outrace or kill the gas in their hand.
Combo decks are in the middle of the road in match-ups, creature-based combo like Midnight Guard + Presence of Gond or Tireless Tribe + Inside Out, but has very little interaction with non-creature combo decks in the format (though there aren't many since storm is banned). I also want to touch on turbo fog, though it seems like a bad match-up, I have found that with mainboarded Nihil Spellbombs not only for sac synergy but also for graveyard hate, the deck can easily handle Moment's Peace.
The sideboard is very flexible, it is tuned for the meta and climate of my LGS, one thing that I would not take out is Electrickery as it is so good against so many strategies that it almost makes me want to run a playset. The deck could splash white for Ardent Recruit as well as Court Homunculus and Ancient Den or you could splash blue for Gearsmith Prodigy, Gearseeker Serpent and Seat of the Synod.
I think that the deck is a solid tier 2 or 2.5 since it isn't a glass cannon, but when played well can seem quite a bit like one. You have to know how and when to sac your artifacts and if and when you crack a vital artifact to get in for lethal. The deck, if piloted correctly can be a mid-rangy aggro with it's curve. It also holds up late-game with it's card draw and control.
