My take on Birthing Pod Zombies. You don't need any special lands because Blood Artists will gain you the life back really quickly. You can use the germ tokens to search up Gravecrawlers which can search up Black Cat s to get your Gravecrawler/Blood Artist engine going. Messengers are great endgame and Skinrender can kill anything annoying in a pinch.

I'm debating if I should put some of my sideboard into the mainboard, but I don't know what to switch out.
