Dimir Control Deck with Dragon Regents / Omens

Deck is more or less UB Control shell with Shark Typhoon and addition of few dragons.

In the deck are 2x Scavenger Regent filling sweeper slot and finisher slot with good ward and 2x Marang River Regent filling card draw slot and finisher / bounce slot. Fast counter magic 2x Jwari Disruption   and 2x Dispelling Exhale which can be stronger with dragons. 2x Narset, Parter of VeilsGC as opponent card draw shut down and for digging and 2x Sorin the Mirthless as additional threat, life gain and possible card draw.

1x Blast Zone can be some help against artifacts and enchantments.
