This is up to legacy for the format. You CAN HAVE multiple cards of "you win the game, "you lose the game" or "target player loses the game": Demonic Pact and Approach of the Second Sun can be in the same deck or more on top of those.

If a player reaches 0 life, THEY ARE STILL ALIVE IN THE GAME. IF a player has no cards in their deck, THEY ARE STILL ALIVE IN THE GAME.
