This is my RCQ list for UB tempo/midrange faeries. Does fairly well vs meta decks. Deck is not a top tier deck but very fun to play.

Main flex spots are spell snare, spell pierce, Force of negation, and aether gust. More testing also needs to be done to be sure on the right number of bitterblossoms, spellstutters, snapcasters, and mutavaults. Bitterblossom, mutavault and spellstutter are highly synergistic and can be a house when they align correctly, but when they don't they are often the worst cards in the deck. Bitterblossom not having flash means it often needs to be dropped turn 4 with counterspell protection rather than turn 2. If you have no faeries on the field, spellstutter can often fail to have a target, or is just flashed in as a 1/1 flyer for 2.
