A simple "return from graveyard" deck with some control mechanics to survive until you get Whisper, Blood Liturgist into play and a Frilled Mystic with Reassembling Skeleton into your graveyard.

The win condition is either to just overrun the enemy with Pelakka Wurm and Doom Whisperer, or to get out Vraska, Golgari Queen's emblem and some Izoni, Thousand-Eyed's tokens to chip in the final hit.
