My idea for this deck is to build a reverse group hug deck or a more sinister (think SAW) group hug deck with Maralen of the Mornsong.

The objective is to play Maralen and shut down everyone's ability to draw cards (EVER) and allow them to tutor for whatever they want. The kicker is they lose 3 life each time.

This will enable opponents to play their best cards, ramp quickly etc but they have the death clock looming over them.

I strategy/plan is to NOT playing any offense, making sure the opponents attack each other and to keep Maralen the tutor death machine on the board.

I will use removal when people try and mess with my Maralen. (I am considering keeping a Darksteel Plate on hand JIC) And using life gain to stay alive.

Therefore my objectives for this deck are to maximize : Ramp, for when Maralen does get knocked back into the CZ. I threw Ghirapur Orrery in there too for GH Removal, to stop the bad guys and aid in politicking (spelling?) the board. Life gain, to make sure I dont get clocked out myself (and using cards like Exquisite Blood.)

There are alot of Swamps b/c I want to get a bunch off the first draw before I start tutoring for the goodstuff
