Technically, it's $25 because Panglacial Wurm has gotten strangely expensive. It's not a required card by any means, so if you'd like to hit that $20 price point just shave one in favor of another Pelakka Wurm or Simic Sky Swallower .

A pretty classic Simic ramp list, with Tatyova, Benthic Druid as a central card advantage engine. With Tatyova out, additional land drops are never redundant, and it doesn't take long to snowball towards an overwhelming advantage.
