Drop your life total to 0, then give it to an opponent.

A quick explanation is this: get Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Phyrexian Unlife out as soon as possible, then get Soul Conduit out. At that point, City of Brass or Immolating Souleater's ability will knock you to 0 life, if you aren't already there. When you have 0 or less life, you can use Soul Conduit's ability to win the game.
