No Goblin Chieftain ? I recommend using it instead of Guttersnipe and Zada's Commando . Also Lava Spike is a very cheap burn spell, good in this deck

ticked-off-squirrel: you really want to tap 2 creatures just to do 1 damage or gain 2 life? thats terrible. you should also re-read Zada's Commando. it doesnt damage creatures. also, Expedition Envoy does nothing. it has no effect.

here are a couple of suggestions for you for an ally deck:

Captain's Claws. a good ally token generator when the creature attacks, which is most likely.

Chasm Guide. why would you not give everyone haste from an ETB effect?

Zada's Commando. a great way to do cheap damage to a creature or player.

Ondu War Cleric. counterpart to Zada's Commando

Metallic Mimic. give all your allies an additional +1/+1. plus gain any ETB effects other allies would get/give.

Expedition Envoy a cheap ally creature good for scouting out what's ahead early on.

Deltis well that is for non-Ahmonket. Ahmonket commons are 10 cents. Ahmonket uncommons are 25 cents. but I think I got some Red allies I can add in to assist the Zada's Commando. I'd have to look.

Might I suggest changing the Coral Merfolk out for another ally? I know you are probably out of any good ones, but you will need them for the cohort on Zada's Commando to activate as much as possible. Coralhelm Guide may be good. I know its ability cost a bit but can still be used if it was tapped making it good for later game with burn deck so you can keep using cohort and swing with something with a decent amount of damage that is now unblockable.

Alas all of my Healer's are in my B/W Ally lifedrain deck, though I did consider them, but Zada's Commando just provided better value imo. I do like the Flameseeker suggestion, esp since card draw in red isnt as common (heh).

You need a lower mana base for an aggro deck. You want strike fast and win by turn 4 latest. So about ~12 one mana creatures, ~10 two mana creatures

If you want to keep an ally theme: Expedition Envoy, Kor Bladewhirl, Kor Castigator, Ondu War Cleric, Zada's Commando, Reckless Bushwhacker.

If you are open to non-allies:

  1. ONE MANA: Town Gossipmonger  Flip, Lightning Berserker, Zurgo Bellstriker (you want maybe 2 because it is legendary), Insolent Neonate

  2. TWO MANA: Akoum Stonewaker, Kolaghan Aspirant, Borderland Marauder, Ire Shaman

  3. THREE MANA: Acolyte of the Inferno, Kolaghan Forerunners, Fiery Hellhound, Geier Reach Bandit  Flip, (However I am not sure about werewolves, since you want to cast as many creatures per turn as you can)

For turn you can add something like Ethereal Guidance or Great Teacher's Decree.

----HERE ARE SOME COMMENTS ON YOUR CARDS----

  1. Evolving Wilds - bad because you never want to have a tapped land and not be able to put a creature in.
  2. Chaplain's Blessing - even in control decks this is useless
  3. Outnumber - bad because it can't hit the player.
  4. Corrupted Grafstone - you dont need extra mana. This card does nothing in this deck.
  5. Thalia's Lieutenant - you need more 1 mana humans for this to be worth it.
  6. Makindi Patrol - aggro decks want big damage.
  7. Valakut Invoker as an aggro deck, you will never have 8 mana.
  8. Smite the Monstrous - bad removal
  9. Zada, Hedron Grinder - you don't have enough things that target him.

This could work a budget deck, but if you want to put in a few hundred for a budget deck, I'd suggest you look at http://mtgtop8.com/format?f=ST - this is a link detailing all professional tournament decks. Or better yet, go to your local game shop and ask what could work at events there.
