after taking apart Standard Issue Burn I remade it and added some blue in it to utilize counters. also made everything allot cheaper. (except Chandra). hopefully this deck will go allot faster. right now looking through it the only problem it has is "reloading". I do have a Tamiyo's Journal but it is being used in my Daretti's Goblin Factory leaving me only a Magnifying Glass but that takes too long and too much resources. so for now it will remain like this until I can get a good drawing card. preferably another Tamiyo's Journal or Trail of Evidence. BTW Coral Merfolk is Standard legal even though TappedOut says it not. I checked Gatherer and it says it is because it part of the welcome 2017 pack which is Standard legal.

EDIT: took out Coral Merfolk and added in Reckless Cohort

EDIT2: took out Chandra and the renegades along the geopedes and the flings. and added in more burns but I am 5 over the deck limit. any ideas on what to cut?
