Rionya is a fun new mono-red commander that cares about casting lots of spells and making tokens. This deck is not about cantriping and storming out in one turn, it is a bit slower, we steal opponent's legendary creature and sac them style of deck with some nice finishers. :)

First of all, I'd like to say, there are some pretty good combos with Rionya, not in the deck:
-Extra Turn Shenanigans: Combat Celebrant , Port Razer can go on infinite combat turns, so I left these cards out from the deck. Scourge of the Throne is not infinite, you get extra turns until you have the highest Life Total. So this is better but didn't make my cut for now.
-Damage Doublers: Fiendish Duo , Calamity Bearer can get out of hand pretty fast. I left them out though, because I don't have trample, and we don't have a lot of cantrips either to make a lot of copies.
- Cloudstone Curio could help bouncing stuff more more ETB effects.
- Braid of Fire , Priest of Urabrask , Leyline Tyrant : Leyline Tyrant is awesome to store Red mana, and when it dies it can dish out serious damage. Braid of Fire and Priest of Urabrask are some nice mana producers, but we either need to use them at instant speed or store it with Leyline Tyrant. In the end I decided to cut them. - Young Pyromancer : maybe if we had more cantrips. - Past in Flames , Underworld Breach . Some great recursions, that can ensure we keep up with the instant/sorceries.

Theft (our main theme is that we steal opponent's legendaries, then create tokens of them to kill the original legendary :) , or just steal everything then mow them down): - Spells: Act of Aggression , Grab the Reins , Insurrection , Kari Zev's Expertise , Mass Mutiny , Shackles of Treachery , Song-Mad Treachery  , Traitorous Greed
- Creatures that steal creatures: Zealous Conscripts , Coercive Recruiter , Molten Primordial
- Creatures that steal instant/sorceries, for more Rionya tokens: Dire Fleet Daredevil , Mindclaw Shaman

Some Important Highlights:
Sundial of the Infinite - Lets us keep stolen creatures and tokens created by Rionya.
Liquimetal Torque - Since it is a bit hard to remove enchantments, I think this is a great new card in Red to deal with them.
Seize the Day - Use it with Dockside Extortionist and just win (next best thing after infinite combat phases). :)

Some replacement for when Rionya has died too much:
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
Mimic Vat - We can either keep some of our creatures, like Mindclaw Shaman under it or mess up reanimator opponents or "steal" high-impact creatures from them to recast and make copies of later.
Blade of Selves - Great in multiplayer, need to make sure the original creature won't die though.

Finishers:
Fanatic of Mogis , Terror of the Peaks - Making enough copies of these can be devastating.
Insurrection - This is quite straightforward. :)
Void Vinnower - Just make 4-5 copies of it and smash face.
Mizzix's Mastery - After we have enough instant/sorceries in our graveyard, this can take over the game pretty fast.

Other ETB/Attack Effects:
Fireflux Squad - If we don't want to copy stolen legendaries or we can sacrifice opponent's creatures, we can Polymorph them. Divergent Transformations for similar effect. :)
Radiant Performer - Use it with our steal effects to steal everything, or on targeted removal to remove everything, etc.
