My BW Humans deck from Innistrad has for a long time been one of my favourite to play. The flavour of this quaint little middle-of-nowhere town with its Village Cannibals, its Angry Mobs, and its Smallpox is endlessly amusing to me. Recently I decided to give it a revamp so I can continue to play it in its old age.

Lingering Souls really is the best bang for your spirit bucks so I've stuffed 4 in here. To replace all of the Gather the Townsfolk-ing I would have been doing I've splashed red and put in Hanweir Garrison. Those attacking human tokens sure are squishy but who cares when they're just going to become more powerful Xathrid Necromancer zombies? What's that? Abyssal Persecutor is dumb and bad? Well just sacrifice it when you're done with it!
