So the basic idea of this deck was built around the Chalice of Life - gain life quickly, transform the chalice and finish your opponent with it. But eventually it turned out to be a very well sustained combo deck with huge amount of HP gains followed by buffs. It has a defensive strategy throughout the first 5-6 rounds with many creatures on board, deathtouch (activated through HP gain) and a few control options. Every single turn your opponent will lose life and you will gain a decent amount of life without attacking at all. Further in the game the attack comes in the form of flying, bloodthirsty creatures (literally). With the cumulative effect of Bloodthirst 2 & 3 (Vampire Outcasts buffed by the Bloodlord of Vaasgoth) and enchanted with Gift of Orzhova you pretty much get cheap 8/8 flying creatures with lifelink. This deck can quickly switch from defensive to aggressive strategy and provide huge amount damage out of nowhere to surprise your opponent.
