This deck focuses on creating tokens and boosting them until you have an army big enough to win:

1. get some small tokens with Hanweir Militia Captain   and Sram's Expertise also use Mentor of the Meek to draw cards so you can enter part 2.

2. At this point you have Mycoloth or Cathars' Crusade meaning you either get multiple tokens every upkeep or every creature(token) you get on the field will boost all your creatures.

3. if necessary wait and play defensive until you have both, blowing your opponents away with too much damage to block.

I used manaramp like Llanowar Elves to make sure i can cast my Mycoloth at the right moment. I put some carddraw like Mentor of the Meek in here to speed up the proces and make sure i can still do things when i get that 50 mana from gyre sage but have an empty hand.

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice is a good deffender and gives you some (and later on a lot) health.

Rishkar, Peema Renegade might be replaced with Champion of Lambholt.

I added Nature's Way to deal with flying and Elderscale Wurm and the trample and vigilance work great too.
