Sideboard

Just my version of Sultai Control, Sideboarded heavily toward my local aggro meta. I absolutely love the solid early creature base of green with the control elements of black and blue. This color combo highlights my style as a player, so i'm super excited to try my hand at my first control deck.

Went 3-1, losing the final round against abzan Midrange. The deck played VERY well and I made it to 3rd out of 28. It matched up against R/G Devotion, Mono black aggro, and Jeskai control very well. Sideboard proved to be very strong. I am very happy with the results here. No obvious changes to the deck have been made clear, and i will be running this list until i find the flaws that are somewhere in there. Highlight of the night was probably beating abzan midrange by stealing a hornet queen with ashiok on turn 3 and playing it turn 5. VERY strong, indeed.
