Standard Selesnya Token Deck, i have kind of deviated form Selensnya sense starting though
Farseek to mana ramp
Assemble the Legion for more tokens every turn
Selesnya Charm mainly for tokens but the removal and trample make it really useful
thragtusks life on tokens off
Call of the Conclave really cheap tokens
Garruk, Primal Hunter tokens, plus drawing, plus more really powerful tokens
Trostani, Selesnya's Voice great for healing, defending and populating
Lingering Souls flying tokens plus flashback
Heroes' Reunion to gain back some life and prevent rush
Oblivion Ring for removal
Cathars' Crusade increases the power and toughness of everything
Intangible Virtue power and toughness increase plus vigilance
Gavony Township to boost their power if there is some spare mana
Grove of the Guardian great for a big token if i have some spare mana late game
Craterhoof Behemoth as a finisher
i am looking for advice
Get rid of Phantom General s and play Intangible Virtue s in their place. They're cheaper and better. Trostani's Judgment is way to expensive for standard play. Use Oblivion Ring instead. You need to definitely consider putting in Selesnya Charm as removal and a token depending on the situation. If you're looking for populate cards why aren't you playing Druid's Deliverance ? I'd recommend replacing the Avacyn's Pilgrim s and the Arbor Elf with Farseek s because they die quickly to all the red burn out right now. Armada Wurm and Collective Blessing are slow and are going to be difficult to play especially if you have 8 lands that only produce colorless. I'd also recommend taking your land count down. Most decks play around 20 to 23 lands. 28 lands is going to mana flood you way to much. I'd also recommend taking out some of your colorless land. There's not much point having multiple Gavony Township s out at once. You should sideboard the Sundering Growth s. I'd also recommend you condense your sideboard. Siding in one thing isn't going to be a reliable answer to trying to side in effectively against a deck. There are many cheaper ways to make tokens other than Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage . To make a centaur is 6 and Call of the Conclave is a two drop. I'd also recommend you splash black using Overgrown Tomb s so that you can play Lingering Souls . But if not then you should definitely use Midnight Haunting . If you also take my idea about Farseek it's not hard to find that black source. Trust me on this. My tokens deck is four colors and I hardly ever get color screwed. I've based the need of green higher so that I can Farseek for the other color's I need. It's mostly green white but I've splashed black and red. The only non standard card you have in here is Elspeth Tirel . You can easily replace her with Garruk, Primal Hunter or Sorin, Lord of Innistrad . You should also think about using Entreat the Angels it's ridiculously good when played off of a miracle and if you're populating enough even hard casting it for one isn't that bad. Hope this helps.

Don't put mountains in the sideboard, that's just awkward. Take the basic Mountains out completely, and run some amount of Stomping Grounds and/or Sacred Foundries. Also cut the Grove of the Guardian's. That card is way too slow and sets you back a land drop.
