A test to explore the possibility of a strong Green / White heroic deck, focusing on exploiting the combination of Gleam of Authority with Hardened Scales while still remaining budget friendly.

In order to reduce cost even further, the following substitutions could be made:

Windswept Heath could be replaced with basic lands... they're only included because I pulled them from packs and it seemed silly not to include them...
