Red Death was an awesome deck that I always wanted to play. It featured most of the same cards, but the creatures were often Hypnotic Specter and Nantuko Shade . This deck is based on this link which is loosely based on the aforementioned deck.

With tweaks.

Pyroblast might be flex slots.

Sideboard plan:
2 Eidolon of the Great Revel - Philly loves Storm.
1 Electrickery - Elves and tokens.
2 Grim Lavamancer - The Salamander is for Elves and D&T.
1 Pithing Needle - This deck is better suited to fight Jace, but Pithing Needle is a friend of mine. Dreadbore might be a possibility as well.
1 Price of Progress - Number 3 in the 75.
2 Pyroblast - Some versions maindeck this bad boy. I'm going to keep a pair in the sideboard for the time being. Better than REB- it can be cast without an actual blue target to trigger Prowess and YP.
2 Rakdos Charm - An often overlooked sideboard card. Relevant against Dredge, Reanimator, Elves, Affinity, D&T and more.
1 Relic of Progenitus - For Dredge and Reanimator.
1 Smash to Smithereens - Smash +Lava Spike.
2 Surgical Extraction - Anti-Grave/Combo
