Neos Mill: A casual Esper-Mill deck

Hi there!

Ever since I started playing Magic I found "Mill" a very interesting playstyle. Long story short, I went from a UW deck to Dimir eventually trying to improve it however I can.

Altough Mill is a very fun playstyle, I sometimes find it a tad "slow" and I was hoping to gain some more insight from fellow Mill-players.

All kinds of feedback is welcome, altough I would apreciate advise on the following

• Better card draw
• Efficiency (are all cards in the correct place, or are some cards unessential?)
• Does the deck have enough win cons?
• Anything else that I'm missing
