Play tested this deck and won every single match. Love it! I've decided to make a few slight tweaks. Cutting Top down from 4 to 3 in order to make space for a 2nd Sylvan Library. The synergies between Sylvan Library, Sensei's Divining Top, Dark Confidant, Tasigur, the Golden Fang and the Fetchlands are absolutely nuts. Gives a shit ton of deck control and manipulation.

Right now I have Doom Blade but it needs to be something else. I'm not sure what the best choice is. I feel like Dismember is not what I want so I may give Go for the Throat a spin. Open to suggestions.
