This is a mill/removal deck with a side of "identity theft" (gaining control of creatures). Basically, you put cards into opponents' graveyards from their libraries, the battlefield, and from their hands, and if you find one that looks appetizing, you can use cards like Dimir Doppelganger to claim it for yourself.

For the removal side of the deck, there are two interchangeable tactics - kill spells and counter spells (and a mixture of the two) - depending on whether or not you're going against a more creature-based deck.

There are three "boss" cards in the deck that are meant to be interchangeable between mainboard and sideboard: Lazav, Dimir Mastermind for extra identity theft; Phenax, God of Deception for extra milling; Circu, Dimir Lobotomist for more preventative measures (a.k.a. being a butthole).

It's worth mentioning that this deck may or may not be complete, so feedback is appreciated.
