What exactly are you going for? if your going for competitive thenyou might want too lighten up on the creature count, and how many different kinds. Think about card:Cathars' Crusade too. use green to ramp up to your high cost creatures or too just dump a few out early and in rapid succession.

So you have a lot of creatures but you wanna get them out fast and in large numbers right? Try splashing some black cards like card:Altar's Reap and Sign in Blood for extra drawing. Also, a wonderful card called card:Druids' Repository could come in handy by giving you enough mana to play many creatures in one turn (only if you attack often of course; which is why Undying creatures are useful for this deck). I hope this helps!

Do you want it competitive or is it a eh kinda deal. I ask because its not very consistent. and trying to incorporate too many things into it will stray from the idea you first began with. For competetive decks I try to keep it as redundent as possible. Check out deck:exalted-overkill thats what im talking about. the same thing is going to happen every time I draw 7 cards and start playing.

If your going to use cathar's though you might want to use Increasing Devotion as those tokens will come out with +1+1's from cathars. so with no other modifiers just cathars and devotion you just put out 5 humans who are 6/6. not to mention your Champion of Lambholt

Just use green to ramp up too the mana you need. keep primordial though but add at least one. thats a gamebreaker. Craterhoof Behemoth is a good addition too but no other green creatures except like card:Avacyn's Pilgrim rancor is needed as the creatures may end up big but can be chump blocked.

Also I think with a lil ramp and 21 lands I should be ok with out repository but then again I haven't play tested yet. Also cathars crusade might be perfect for this deck so I'm adding

Just made the changes and it's starting to look really good I'm just worried about cathars though. It might be a great idea but in competitive typically I should win by the time that hits the field. But I'm going to try it out anyway and see what happens. 5 6/6's Hitting the field is crazy and it can happen 6th turn no prOblem

I dont know if anyone has said this but Gather the Townsfolk. Also Serra Avenger does not really fit in this deck.

I'll have to throw my deck on here and have you look at it. Just built a green/white token deck for FNM. A bunch of mana ramping elves to start, M13 has a couple of good ones, Arbor Elf and Elvish Archdruid , followed by lots of token and druid's repository to get those high costing cards out, because Parallel Lives is just awesome sauce.

Turn seven it was possible to pull off 10 11/11 saprolings, which yes at that point someone might have a board wiper, but if you're keeping them at bay you'll quickly build back up. Don't know what cards you have, but Hero of Bladehold is a good attacker who'll probably draw those doomblades. Captain of the Watch also has a lot of potentials. If you can take a turn to get card:Cathars' Crusade off early, then you should be in a good way, since they'll only have so many counters/doomblade/field wipes. One issue will be drawing power however. Number of ways to offset it, though they don't necessarily fit in the deck.

Other of notes => Crusader of Odric - Fungal Sprouting - Intangible Virtue - Goldnight Commander - Elspeth Tirel .

Here's my twist on this deck to see what I'm shooting for.

deck:half-elvens-rebellion

Some decks would probably still tear these apart, but for most part, it seems to be doing well enough during several playtests.

Wow guys thanks for the feed back.

@dagger v - those are great adds I have only one captain of the watch and one crusades so I'm going to add them and see how everything plays out and yes board wipes def kill my deck so I will just have to be careful . Il check out you deck when I can and maybe grab a couple ideas if that's cool.

@wideline - il def check out you deck when I can and the angel is pretty good for a drop since I never see her until 5th to 7th turn everytime lol. . Also the townsfolk card turned out pretty good since I can flashback when my board is wiped wish is typically 6th to 7th turn.

Thank you for the feed back much appreciated.

I was thinkIng about adding some gitaxian probes, and maybe mental missteps's for vapor snags .... Yes or no? Let me know, thanks

Are you adding blue to this deck?

August 12, 2012 9:12 a.m.

knownasnieves says... #15

Well phyrexian mana blue not blue mana or blue sorces but it's really just a thought cuz gitaxian probe gives me a card and lets me see there hand which is great in competitive environments. But the question is does it work or is it a waste of time which would end up slowing my deck down yah know . Maybe just gitaxian and not mental mistep would be good.

So here's an idea... have you thought about adding in a Hamlet Captain or 3? Reasons be if you don't have a chance to get all those tokens out and beef up your Champion of Lambholt when Hamlet Captain swings it'll give all your other humans counters until end of turn making your Champion of Lambholt even tougher... even if it's just till end of turn it's AWESOME!

Had that happen to me the other night :P

Turn 5 Champion of Lambholt swings with 3 other creatures (2 of which were Hamlet Captain ) making the it a 3/3 I only had one other creature on the field that could block that nonsense... game over turn 6 :(

GREAT COMBO THO!

@ darth trevon - that's an amazing add I will try my best to add this card and see what it can do. Il let you know soon since fnm is tnrw thanks for the advice. I was also considering mayor of avabruck but idk he never turned out to be useful but hamlet is a 2/2 which makes him harder to kill. If you can think of anything else let me know .

August 17, 2012 1 a.m.

Alright I'm just gonna throw out what I would do with this and you'll just have to deal with it. Don't listen to these people. Cathar's Crusade is horrible. I think you should put all the O-rings maindeck. I think primal hunter is bad. I would take him out and go with at least 2 Garruk Relentless  Flip . I think you should playset Geist-Honored Monk and have that be your biggest thing. I think Fungal Sprouting def. has a place here especially after you playset monk. I think you need Gather the Townsfolk . Increasing Savagery is an awesome card( I play it in my deck U/G Savaged Stalker , but it's not for this deck. I would put at least one shimmering grotto in there to smooth out the possibility to play Lingering Souls . I would take out Mikaeus, the Lunarch , Nearheath Pilgrim , Serra Avenger and Sigarda, Host of Herons . I would put a playset of Intangible Virtue in. You would def. benefit from switching the Llanowar Elves for Birds of Paradise . I really like the inclusion of Revenge of the Hunted in this as a way to both kill creatures with a token and to use as a final to let the rest of your army through, so keep that. I think I've given you enough to think about for now.

@knownasnieves

I am just adding that combo in a deck that I'm in the process of building! Mayor of Avabruck  Flip is a great card for beefing up humans, but he is kinda of a weenie unless you have 2 of him on the field. I am also thinking Timberland Guide might work out here since he give any creature a +1/+1 counter when enters the field... That can be a +2/+2 on Champion of Lambholt !

You should check out my deck and let me know what you think!

I just changed the name of it so it's not linking for me but you can find it on my page. Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats! HO!

August 17, 2012 1:10 a.m.

Oh and you need to up your land count. I always use at least 22 unless everythings really low cost and its mono colored

One thing about this deck is that it showcases Champion of Lambholt to it's greatest abilities. I recently built an unblockable deck, and there are a couple cards that seem to go great with the mechanic. Elbrus, the Binding Blade  Flip is a game-ender if you can activate it. card:Tormentor's Trident is good to get Champion's power up early. Moonsilver Spear has many uses in this deck, from making angels, to making your champion less likely to be blocked. If you would like to see that deck, it is here: Unblockable Trolling.. Things on color are stuff like Blessings of Nature , Gather the Townsfolk , Midnight Haunting , and Intangible Virtue . Also, why are you not running 4xChampion of Lambholt ? He's what your deck is built around, and he isn't legendary. Speaking of legendary, I'm sure you can find some way to abuse card:Yeva, Nature's Herald in this deck. Fun looking deck, would love to try it. +1

@willie- well now I'm brainstorming lol I really like the hamlet captain and if I'm running gather the townsfolk it would work out nicely . I don't have the garruk relentless or 4of Geist honored monk :/ but I'm going to play test and see what happens because your adds seem really good. Also it would make my deck faster creating aggro which also gives room for my silverheart to come out and play lol. Thankyou for the advice I will be brainstorming before I go to fnm tmrw .

August 17, 2012 1:23 a.m.

Sorry but don't listen to this guy. Moonsilver Spear and Elbrus have no place in any deck in anything but casual. Waist 8 mana on either just to attach them and then I guarantee unless they had a bad hand or are just terrible at magic(which there is usually only one guy at an fnm who is) they will have saved a removal spell for the moment after you've waisted 8 mana to equip to use on the creature equipped with it. The only thing I agree with is probably playsetting champion.
