Garruk was bitten by some rats and now he's also affected from Rats! A dumb oathbreaker deck with Relentless Rats and Bloodbond March thats under a budget. I haven't tested so i don't know if the SS is too good, of course i would like diabolic intent but its a bit out of budget so i went to a cheaper alternative but I'm tempted to just have bankrupted in blood because straight up draw might be better. It also feels a bit tight for space but that might be because of too much rat but 14 feels like a good amount.
