This deck is now out of commission as of the fall rotation of 2014. I'm working on a modern version
My Homebrew Devotion deck, based on Mono Blue Devotion, but with a splash of green for Master Biomancer and some other stuff.
Comments and suggestions are appreciated, and if you like the deck, please leave a +1.
While normal Devotion decks want to get as much devotion to blue as humanely possible, then drop a Master of Waves for ton, this deck just wants to have Master Biomancer or
Zameck Guildmage
and a few other blue cards out, then drop a Master of Waves and get like 4 tokens (hoping for more of course, but on turn 4-5, 4 tokens is plenty), that are 4/3's, minimum.
Cards:
2x Bident of Thassa I will usually have several creatures out, so this provides a good amount of card draw, plus it can force my opponents creatures to attack.
4x Chasm Skulker He usually eats a kill spell right away, but if he's not dealt with right away, he becomes a big threat, that even if dealt with, provides a some more creatures.
2x Cyclonic Rift Overload = GG (usually)
4x Kiora's Follower Ramp

Kiora, the Crashing Wave
Can nullify threats, or give me ramp and card draw.
4x Master Biomancer Makes all my creatures come into play bigger, great with Master of Waves and Chasm Skulker.
4x Master of Waves ABSOLUTE MINIMUM gives me 4 power for 4 mana, usually will give me at least 4 tokens. Absolutely awesome if I have a Master Biomancer or
Zameck Guildmage
out.
4x Nightveil Specter Mostly used for the 3 devotion, but also a great flyer that steals my opponents cards.
2x Prime Speaker Zegana Draw a bunch of cards, make Chasm Skulker huge, have a fatty.
3x Prophet of Kruphix With all the card draw going around, might as well play cards on your turns too.
2x Thassa, God of the Sea Card advantage, and can get my fatties through for the win.

Zameck Guildmage
Card draw, and can make creatures come into play bigger.

2 Back to Nature I feel like Enchantment heavy decks are starting to make a big splash in Standard, so i've included these in the SB for now.
2x Dispel Counters counters (Counter-ception).

Good against control.
3x Phyrexian Revoker Good against planeswalkers, and various other cards.
3x Scavenging Ooze Good against Dredge.
2 Swan Song More counters.
