Counter Explosion (Standard MTG Deck)

So, I'm trying to make my "Counter Surge" Challenger deck more potent, and I have been doing some upgrades, but I'm trying to figure out what else I can add to it, This is my current upgraded list compared to the original counter surge deck, including current sideboard,

I know I own a booster box of Rivals of Ixalan and Dominaria, so I can most likely try to add cards that are more common/uncommon from those, -maybe- a card that is rare if I am lucky enough to have it, But I am trying to get this set up for trying to stand a chance...even if it's a slight chance, just...to do 'decent' at a store championship coming up, and other then that, in 'standard' in general while it's valid.

Also, Cards I have removed from the sideboard and main board are being placed int he "Maybe Board" just to keep it known those are options, as I will add other cards I have to that board that I think might be good if I find them in my collection >.< needs to get more organised

Carngage tyrant is in the main deck, added cards to maybe board, adding 2 Lanowar Elves, remoivng 2 Hatsep Oasis, putting 2 Lanowar elves in maybe board, 4 Adventurous Impulse into maybe board.
