This is the budgeted version of the current Esper Dragon deck build. Also, the deck is priced around $44 but it is really around $35 because Tappedout has a weird pricing compared to the constantly updated Tcg PLayer.

Replacement cards Lands: 3x Flooded Strand,and 3x Polluted Delta replaced with 3x Evolving Wilds because You do not have over $100 dollars to spend on 6 fetchlands (fetchlands refer to lands that you sacrifice to get lands and are used a lot in the top echelon of Modern)

Painlands (Pay 2 Life to not come in tapped lands): Hallowed Fountain, Watery Grave, and Godless Shrine replaced with the Scrylands 2x Temple of Deceit, and 2x Temple of Enlightenment and the reveal lands 4x Choked Estuary these lands help with your mana curve while also giving you card advantage.

Removal 3x card: Thoughtsieze and 3x Inquisition of Kozilek replaced with 4x Duress and 2x Distress I replaced these because the cost is to high.

2x Fatal Push 3x Path to Exile because they are also expensive but since Fatal Push rotated out of standard you might want to pick up a couple copies but if you do not want to get those copies I replaced these two with 2x card: Doomblade and 3x Seal Away.
