So here's the basic strategy behind this deck:

The main power card in this deck is Ajani's Pridemate. Coupled with life-gain cards like Chalice of Life   , Soulmender , and many others; the ajani's don't take long to get powerful.

However, while the ajanis are still weak, there are a few early game creatures like Kitesail Apprentice and Abzan Falconer along with a healthy dose of early game removal.

Lastly, there's equipment. This is mostly aided by Stonehewer Giant. This lets you get expensive equipments like Elbrus, the Binding Blade and Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang on the battlefield with ease.

Just in case this falls through because your opponent is removal happy or whatever else, there's always Chalice of Death and Purity to get you out in a pinch.

Unfortunately, this deck has not been performing as well as I'd like it to. My opponents just remove my Ajanis before the get strong and then out-damage me. Are there any suggestions for fixing this weakness?
