Sideboard

Instant (6)

Artifact (3)

This deck has undergone several revisions and is finally about as perfect as I will be able to get it. You will see many of the creatures that are in both temur and sultai energy, as well as some cards that may seem out of place but I assure you they work wonders in this particular build. Below you will find an explaination of each cards inclusion, as well as some reasons to bring in cards out of the sideboard. I will not make recommendations for cards to come out when sideboarding, as I often take out whatever was the least effective and that varies greatly for each match up. To start, the mana base is rather expensive, but is absolutely necessary for this 4 color version of energy to be able to function. Now for some color fixing we have both Attune with Aether and Servant of the Conduit. Glint-Sleeve Siphoner and Rogue Refiner both give us a little draw on decent bodies, there is a reason these cards see so much play. Longtusk Cub Whirler Virtuoso and Bristling Hydra are very dangerous if left unchecked, and give us some great things to sink energy into if we need to. The Scarab God is worth every penny, comes with a big body and recursion, as well as a token producer this guy does it all. Confiscation Coup used to be in my sideboard, but after bringing it in rather frequently I have decided to include it in the main deck. Harnessed Lightning is so versatile, allowing us to sometimes get a little extra energy or pour extra energy into it to kill a huge threat. The last maindeck card is Vraska's Contempt, exiles just about any threat and that little bit of lifegain can be so important. Now for the sideboard. Doomfall is brought in against decks that have creatures that are difficult to remove and against control. I was using Fatal Push but this seems to be better since it gives me an option against control. Hour of Devastation is great against token decks and decks running multiple planeswalkers, as well as anything that runs Crested Sunmare. Disallow is brought in against the mirror, or against control decks since resolving the right creature at the right time can often win the game. This was originally Negate but this is more useful since it will never be a dead card. Slice in Twain is a great card to deal with any artifact or enchantment that needs to go and it replaces itself, Torrential Gearhulk and Anointed Procession are good targets. Sentinel Totem is the card I have chosen to interact with graveyards. The scry is nice, and in my meta blue white cycling and God-Pharaoh's Gift are both decks that rely heavily on their graveyard. I hope you guys give this deck a try, it produces very well. Upvote if you like the deck, feel free to comment. If you would like to make it more budget I can offer some suggestions, thing like Voltaic Brawler and Lathnu Hellion are very strong and were in an earlier version of the deck.
