This is the zombie deck I am working on for modern. Relentless Dead is just a hell of a zombie card and giving recursion Geralf's Messenger with Diregraf Captain I think is a great combination. I am right now trying to find ways to end the game quick. This deck would lose to a lot, so consider this build more of a fun FNM build to play against the other tribal players in your format. Unlike my previous tribal, I would not hand this to a child under an age where he/she understands and respects the value of some of these cards.

Brewing for modern is a different animal than standard because you need to be somewhat competitive and you do not have a lot of flexibility unlike standard.

I am not done with this deck but will keep you guys updated on progress.
