Sideboard

Jund Gods functions pretty much as a beatdown deck. You get to unleash your inner Timmy by playing Gods and powerful Dragons.

Deck Tech

The deck sports an assortment of resilient creatures, which makes it a nightmare for control decks to deal with. These include Hazoret the Fervent, Rhonas the Indomitable, Bristling Hydra, and Scrapheap Scrounger. Resolving a Hazoret or Hydra means it is pretty much game over for control and I typically win about 75% of my games against them. Glorybringer is a very good late game finisher and topdeck.

The core of the deck is an energy package including efficient creatures such as Greenbelt Rampager and Voltaic Brawler. Attune with Aether and Aether Hub are excellent mana fixers.

Heart of Kiran is an absolute powerhouse in this deck. It can be crewed by just about everything and forces your opponent to remove it. When crewed it turns on Rhonas and both gods can crew it even if they are not turned on. It can be crewed by Greenbelt Rampager before it bounces back to your hand and it combos with Unlicensed Disintegration to get three damage through. Rishkar, Peema Renegade is there to push more damage through, activate Rhonas, and get you that sometimes hard to come by fifth mana source to drop Glorybringer.

The deck has a decent amount of removal. Fatal Push takes care of early game threats and combos with Greenbelt Rampager bouncing back to your hand as this turns on revolt. Unlicensed Disintegration hits just about everything and with 8 artifacts it often gets 3 damage through. Abrade is a new card that I am testing out as it is extremely flexible and deals effectively with Heart and Gearhulks. Blossoming Defense is really good whenever you draw it but your opponent will play around it if you use it game one and is thus less effective game two.

SideBoard

The sideboard is a work in progress as I am adapting it to the new meta. Natural State is there as it deals with Solemnity. You could also use Appetite for the Unnatural which might be better if you are playing against the Abzan Tokens decks as that would hit their enchantments. Magma Spray, Radiant Flames, and Skysovereign, Consul Flagship are all really good against zombies. Chandra, Torch of Defiance is good against other energy decks, GB delirium, and control as she is good removal and card advantage without turning off Hazoret. Lay Bare the Heart is there against control.
