Thoughts on Will & Rowan Kenrith?

So I want to build with the new Planeswalker Partners from Battlebond, Will Kenrith and Rowan Kenrith
But how is this deck going to look? Obviously The Chain Veil because it lets us ult both our commanders faster. Are there any other cards in that interact with PWs (other than killing them)?
Then the PWs themselvs. Both of their first 2 abilities synergize with eachother, with will turning them into 0/3s and Rowan either killing them or making them attack into you. And Will's -2 lets you play Rowan for cheaper. But their ults (and Will's -2) both lean in different directions. Will wants spellslinger, Rowan wants activated abilities. Other PWs sort of work, but I don't want to build superfriends (Teferi, Temporal Archmage should definitely be included though]]).
Maybe artifacts with a spellslinger subtheme since a lot of activated abilities and a lot go infinite with Rowan's emblem (there has to be something with Clock of Omens...) Or maybe spellslinger with some support cards with activated abilities, such as Jaya Ballard and Aetherflux Reservoir?
Basalt Monolith goes in as well, since it goes infinite with Rowan's emblem.
tl;dr: What does one do with a Will and Rowan Kenrith deck? Are there any cards that will become "staples" in these decks, that synergize both with activated abilities and spellslinger?

I don't know if I would include all of these but all of the following are worth thinking about: Viral Drake, Thrummingbird, Inexorable Tide, Deepglow Skate, Contagion Engine, Contagion Clasp.
All of them allow more planeswalker powers and next to The Chain Veil are good includes any time you are looking to abuse walkers.

Merfolk Thaumaturgist and Mannichi, the Fevered Dream play nicely with Will's +2. Turn two creatures into 0/3 and then activate one of them to turn the creatures into 3/0 and kill them.
Echo Mage plays well off both their ultimates. Double level up counters when you have Rowan's emblem as well as copy an instant or sorcery 4x off activating him (on top of the twice if you ultimate Rowan before Will). Level up in general might be viable, Brimstone Mage tapping for 6 damage will be decent.
Arcanis the Omnipotent tapping to draw 6 cards will make him even more powerful here than in other decks.
Also artifacts are another solid route. Copying Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient's ability to copy an artifact's activated ability will be really potent, and using Master Transmuter to return one artifact to hand and pop two onto the battlefield will be insane.
Also back on the note of proliferate effects, there's Skyship Plunderer for a weaker effect, but still effective if you only have one of the pair in play.

So, what I'm thinking is a spell-heavy version of UR artifacts. I'll have some infinite combos with Basalt Monolith type cards, I'll have lots of spells to draw cards with like Blue Sun's Zenith, which also convienently is a wincon once I have infinite mana from my combo. So it's gonna be a Kurkesh deck but with blue pretty much. And then random cards that work specifically good like Merfolk Thaumaturgist and Echo Mage, as well as a lot of proliferating and Deepglow Skate

Second look... I don't think Kurkesh works with Rowan after all . He's still good, but her emblem can't copy him since his is a triggered ability and not an activated one (you can tell since Kurkesh doesn't have the classic cost:ability format on his rules text)
Still a good card if you're going the artifacts route, though!

wereotter, ya, Kurkesh is a triggered ability, but his ability works as a backup Rowan emblem since it does almost the same thing but only for artifacts
