• Janky deck built around Bond of Revival and our 2 favourite attacking big boys Etali and Vaevictis. The idea is to take advantage of the haste given by Bond of Revival with these 2 creatures.
• We have a main discard option with Rix which will usually discards a 5+ drop or a land, allowing us to smooth out draws early, then we have secondary discard options with Vivien's arkbow and Neheb. Arkbow is fantastic later in the game in any case but can also be used for 0 to discard a card (not recommanded unless you have a guaranteed Etali or Vaevictis rez the same turn), Neheb is a cute card which can also fix our hand or even ramp. Treasure map replaces Tormenting voice as it's a better topdeck later in the game and still provides good support in the early game.
• Llanowar elves accelerates the deck very well even if it's greedy to have them with our 3 color mana base: we have solid 3 drops with Spellbreaker and ramping planeswalkers Domri and Kiora. Kiora allows to draw a card for all creatures bar Rix and Llanowar, Domri allows us to clear some important targets with his -2.
• Ripjaw is just a great body to stop aggression and synergizes well with Domri -2 and Kiora passive. If you want to make the deck more competitive, you can replace both Neheb and Ripjaw with 4 Rekindling Phoenixes but it does not sound just as fun to me. Demanding dragon is a solid 5 drop which works better with Bond of Revival, Etali and Vaevictis than Skarrgan Hellkite.
• There is some consideration to use Ilharg but I think it doesn't work very well with Etali and Vaevictis. I still added one copy since it works fine with Demanding Dragon. If we want to use more copies of it, the list would be quite different and could use Rhonas, Ghalta and such (see maybe board). I added a sideboard which should fit the deck for BO3.
• I have been having quite a lot of fun with this deck in the past few days, Etali and Vaevictis are silly cards.
