Vampires Sparkle. They're supposed to!

I've changed the deck to reflect a more mid-range feel with burn and vampires to take the stage. I've named the deck, in case you're wondering, to attract attention. ha!

I'd love to hear suggestions to make it better. I was thinking of Vampire Nocturnus , but he's just too difficult to use in this 3 color deck.

You said in your earlier post that you were considering Sign in Blood to help with card draw. Let me suggest card:Altar's Reap instead. It will help you activate Blood Artist .

And, I believe it's pronounced 'Borzhov.' ;-)

As much as I like the inclusion of the Obzedat in this deck... I understand that they're a pretty beefy bunch that is immune (nearly) to being touched on your opponent's turn and gives you a draining effect when he pops back in, but he just doesn't seem like he gels with the deck, which seems more built around Falkenrath Aristocrat .

Hey Rayenous thanks for the suggestions. I like Doomed Traveler because he's a great early blocker can be sacrificed twice basically. I'm really interested in Skirsdag High Priest though. I'll have to think about this change because frankly, I'm in love with both cards. lol I'll definitely add another Immortal Servitude .

Wsebaste, I do like this card:Altar's Reap. The sac is rather interesting, and not as taxing on life. However, I can't decide if it's too restricting of nature. The cost is easier as it's only one. I suppose the main appeal of Sign in Blood is that you can also use it as a late-game burn for your opponent. I might choose Sign in Blood because of this. Also, I love "Borzhov"! I just took Oros from Oros, the Avenger . lol

SpammyV, thanks for the insight on the deck. You're right in Obzedat's role. For the most part, Cartel Aristocrat and Falkenrath Aristocrat are the two main sac engines and powerhouses of the deck. Obzedat, Ghost Council is in here because of his life gain/drain and his beefy nature. I consider him to be the Thragtusk for B/W/x decks at the moment. In essence, he's just a game-winner on his own. However, he does fit in the deck if you look at the overall structure. This deck is a bleeder deck. It's designed to take away little increments of life every so often. I splashed Red in to make it have little increments, followed by big increments. In that sense, he fits perfectly. lol

Thanks for the tips, suggestions, and critiques guys. I'll post an update when I figure out what to replace!

Blood artist is dying to be in this deck, and fits the 2cc spot for immortal servitude as well!

Lol. He was one of the original creatures. I'm still unsure about how everything should run and what should be in here. I found that Blood Artist was just not fast enough, and he didn't keep up most of the time. I might consider him, but I need to figure out the rest first. Thanks. =)

Thalia, Guardian of Thraben Would probably be the best in a two drop slot for this.

I don't think that would be beneficial to me at all. I run burn spells to control the early game, and then I have other spells for late game. In total, I have 16 non-creature spells. That seems to conflicting in my opinion.

Truuuuuuuuust me.

Thalia will hinder a control match-up more than it'll hinder you ;3 skythe is right!

I would consider removing Doomed Traveler in favor of Precinct Captain , Skirsdag High Priest , Knight of Glory , or Knight of Infamy .

They are all 2 CMC humans with good effects for this deck. As such they would all be brought back with a X=2 Immortal Servitude... possibly try to find room for a second one. Orzhov Charm could be a good option to remove... or a Mark of Mutiny
