While the deck appears to be a value deck, it’s actually an infinite mana combo deck. If you have Panharmonicon, Eldrazi Displacer and Thought Knot Seer on the field, playing a Drowner of Hope will give you 4 Scion tokens, which allows the Displacer to blink the TKS infinite times, milling the opponent out.

Sideboard is just basic stuff, graveyard hate, counters, ways to combat Saheeli etc.
