So this is my quick take on a list with Spoils of the Vault and Thassa's Oracle. There are a fair few notable ways now to win with the Oracle, not limited to Inverter of Truth and self-milling strategies. I think that this is the quickest and most powerful way however. The combo is very simple, and much like the Ad Nauseam shell that this is based off.

The aim is to play Spoils of the Vault and Angel's Grace/Phyrexian Unlife with a Thassa's Oracle in hand. From then on, you name any card that is not found in your deck (say.... Sarpadian Empires, Vol. VII) and upon decking out, you cast the Oracle to scry 2 and win the game with. The combo costs UUWB, but with 12 sources that can generate any colour of mana, it isn't too unreasonable to generate the colours needed.

What I like is also the potential to secure a T2 win in modern. Obviously, this is in magical Christmas land, but with a Simian Spirit Guide in hand, alongside a Pentad Prism, it's possible to make a land drop on T1, exile a SSG to play a pentad prism with 2 counters on. Play a second land on T2, and you have the 4 available mana needed to win with the combo.

The list cuts Ad Nauseam and Lightning Storm entirely, because I do strongly feel that a Spoiled Fish deck should be an entirely different entity altogether. It's faster than Ad Nauseam for sure, but it ultimately falls short on a few different levels. The biggest thing that stands out is that the combo is no longer at instant speed, which, since Teferi, Time Raveler exists, it's kind of a bonus. But in the games where you opponent doesn't run a T3feri, or hasn't drawn one, having the instant speed kill with Ad Nauseam is a powerful play. The other point of contention is that, with 4 Oracles in the list, the combo has extended from 2 cards to 3. This is because in order to empty you library, an Oracle needs to be in hand, and not on the bottom of your library, as with the Ad Nauseam variants that run a single copy of Oracle. This could potentially make it a little harder to assemble? Further testing will be needed of course.
