Dal Tenda2 My old list that won a 57 player tournament last year in Italy.

In my opinion (based on local metagame) the deck perform very well in actual meta but to achieve better result needs to fix these weaknesses:

Lack of big threat removal: Aside Beast Within we have no good alternative...maybe Dismember? An early Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Tarmogoyf or Thought-Knot Seer are hard to kill!

Weak to discard: in Grixis Death Shadow match-up often we see Inquisition of Kozilek or Thoughtseize or Blood Moon or other Land destruction or threat.

Mana dork fragility and availability: early "bolt the dork" (or "push the dork nowadays) or no dork in open hand slow down strongly our game plan. The only resilient dork is Utopia Sprawl (aside an opponent with Ghost Quarter or Spreading Seas package). I'd like to try Simin spirit guide cutting Birds of Paradise but i think that one-shot mana ramp is not optimal for the deck strategy.
