The premise of this deck is simple. Necro-Impotence for a bunch of cards, Nourishing Shoal for a bunch of life, and Skirge Familiar for a bunch of mana. However, doing everything at the ideal time is a bit more complicated...

  1. Play Necro-Impotence (fetch with Demonic Tutor or Beseech the Queen as needed)
  2. Necro a bunch of cards (Ideally during your opponent's post-combat main phase, so you don't have to discard a bunch of cards).
  3. Play Nourishing Shoals by exiling Earthquake Dragons from your hand, gaining 15 life a pop!
  4. On your turn, Play Skirge Familiar (Use 2 Dark Rituals).
  5. Play multiple Elixir of Immortality (search for extras as needed, grave hate can ruin this deck).
  6. Play multiple Mirror of Fate and Necro-Impotence.
  7. Keep a few cards in hand: 1 Necro-Impotence, 1 Skirge Familiar, 2 Who / What / When / Where / Why (you can play these later at instant speed, after you replenish your hand), 1 green-mana land, and 2 pitchable cards.
  8. Necro until you'll have 9 cards in hand.
  9. During your end step, necro the rest of your deck (You'll get those cards during the next player's end step, so you won't have to discard extra cards this turn).
  10. Pop a Mirror of Fate.
  11. Necro the cards your Mirrored in, so they won't get shuffled...
  12. Pitch 2 cards to Skirge Familiar, pop an Elixir of Immortality (so your graveyard isn't exposed to sorcery-speed removal on your opponents' turns).
  13. On your next turn, play 4 Earthquake Dragons. If all else fails, spam Soul Spike (ideally by pitching 21 cards and shuffling with Elixir).
